UPDATE: Police are looking for a 1995 dark-green Chevy Monte Carlo, similar to the one pictured above, with Missouri license plate KD4 R1L in connection with Robert Moran's killing. At approximately 12:15 p.m. Aug. 23, officers were called to 3021 NE 37th St. on a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a man inside one of the apartments suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 20-year-old Robert Moran, a white male of Kansas City, Mo. There appeared to be a disturbance in the apartment prior to the victim being shot.
