A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 19-year-old Phillip Martin for the March 17 murder and robbery of 35-year-old Gurpreet "Tony" Singh. Singh was working at the 7-11 at 8105 E. Bannister Road at about 1 a.m. when Martin entered the store and demanded money. Singh gave Martin the money, but Martin shot him anyway. The whole incident was captured on the store's surveillance camera. Singh was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries.
