Police are looking for 18-year-old Teresa S. Brown, who was last seen at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 3018 Bellefontaine. Teresa is a black female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and may be wearing a red jacket with a hood. She has diminished mental capacity and may be easily coerced. Her family is worried about her.
